Lucie Pešl Šilerová

  • Founder and Director of Open House Brno
  • A music manager, musician, and initiator of artistic projects, she brings creativity and rhythm to everything she does.
  • She’s also an Associate Professor at JAMU, teaching music production and self-management for artists.
  • You can explore her insights further in her book: German “Kulturorchester”: Structure, Organisation, Financing.

Martin Pešl

  • Founder of Open House Brno
  • He loves guiding visitors through “his” favourite spots — from St. Anne’s Hospital to Masaryk University Campus and CEITEC MU, and even lending a hand in the gardens of Villa Tugendhat
  • He organises Volunteer Thursdays and enjoys capturing the city in 360° panorama photos for Street View rb.gy/kqjkte
  • When he’s not showing Brno from a new perspective, he keeps an eye on the heartbeat — as both a doctor and a scientist

Milan Vrbík

  • Oversees the festival’s programme and strategic partnerships
  • Interior designer | Design manager
  • Co-owner of ATAK Design Studio
  • Founder of the Interior Designers Institute in the Czech Republic
